ASHLEY AYERS, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA | BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST, TEAM LEAD
Ashley Ayers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders along with a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from James Madison University, and completed her Master’s in Education with a Behavior Specialist Concentration in 2016. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in September 2016 and Certified Safety Care Trainer in August 2017. Ashley is honored to be a part of the SLC team and the privilege to work with clients and their families. Her hobbies include arts and crafts, tap dance, and attending concerts and musicals.

WHITNEY MULLENAX KIMBLE, B.A., RBT | BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Whitney earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from Shepherd University in 2013 and began at the Speech and Language Center as an intern. Most of her experience has been working with children, but she's also worked with seniors in their homes. She is currently completing her Master's in Special Education with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis at George Mason University. She enjoys baking and cooking, traveling, gardening, and being involved in the Harrisonburg community.

CYNTHIA AMAYA, B.S.W., RBT | REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Cynthia graduated from James Madison university with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. She is currently living in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham area and is excited to be a part of the community. Cynthia is working towards going to graduate school to earn a Master of Social Work degree; she plans on using this to better help the lives of those in her community. Cynthia has always loved helping others and is passionate for what she believes in; she has also been working with children for more than ten years through various programs. She is a conversational spanish speaker and is excited to be a part of the SLC family!
